Mission

CB Design & Build is a construction company delivering high quality projects with a personalised and integral approach. The Directors and staff pride themselves on delivering exceptional service to honour the commitments made to their Clients and to exceed their expectations. CB D&B welcome enquiries from private clients, interior designers and design team professionals that offer Cost Planning and Project Management services as well as construction activities.  A Director will be personally involved in all of our projects offering a proactive, efficient and flexible approach. We feel a personal, friendly attitude delivered with honesty & integrity will result in a successful project.

People

Our attention to detail and realising your visual goal is paramount in delivering a quality project we can all be proud of and that requires professional support. Our knowledgeable staff, Architectural designers, Engineers and comprehensive supply chain are able to cater for tight deadlines and overcome those daily problems that occur on site.

Safety

CB D&B employ Safety Services (UK) Ltd to administer our Health & Safety & Environmental policies as well as manage our training and further education requirements. They undertake our site safety audits to ensure that every person on site is working safely.  We have integrated a stringent Covid-19 Procedures Policy within our H&S structure to help protect our staff, work force and visitors from the threat of the C-19 virus.

About

The Directors have been professionally acquainted since 1995, establishing their careers with companies such as Jarvis Plc, Kier London and Charter Construction where they first worked together. After specialising in carpentry, joinery and high-end finishes, they returned to their passion of main contracting and collaborated in 2011.

Geographic

CB D&B operate primarily in the London & Home Counties areas, undertaking projects to the value of £5m in the residential, commercial and service sectors.

• Portland Road, Holland Park, W11 - Re-construction and refurbishment of a 4 storey house including roof terrace and garden.
• Canonbury Square, N1 - Enabling works, structural modifications and full refurbishment works to grade 2, 5 storey residence in Islington.
• Saxonbury Gardens, Surbiton - Extensive refurbishment and rear extension of a prime residence.
• Mildenhall Road, Hackney - Loft conversion, window replacement and eco enhancements to a 4 storey residence.
• Pond Place, Kensington - General refurbishment and high end fit out works of a 2-bed apartment.
• Parkside, SW19 - Full renovation of high tech £12m Wimbledon mansion including external swimming pool and basement gym & cinema.
